By taping up your nipples, before that marathon or big race, you can save yourself a lot of pain.
Best kinds of tape to use
For runners we recommend you use Transpore medical tape. By simply placing a small piece of tape over each nipple the chaffing problem is solved.
It won’t hurt too much when you pull it off either.
